ไทยOn 3rd and 4th February 2025, Thai Flour Industry Co., Ltd. participated in a training session about the principles of creating sustainability for industrial establishments through good environmental governance. As part of the project to develop environmental and good governance cooperation networks of fiscal year 2024 at Mida Grande Dhavaravati Hotel, organized by the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Industry Office. Since both factories of Thai Flour Industry are located in Nakhon Pathom Province, we work closely with the Industry Office through our CSR program to develop a sustainable network.
Environment Social Governance (ESG)
The training focused on the concept of ESG to create sustainable businesses with communities. Along with hands-on activities, the training focused on good governance principles, such as community participation, communication, and networking, as well as the industrial environmental impacts on the society. Throughout the two-day training program, we established valuable networks while participated in brainstorming sessions to present new ideas from industrial perspective.
Good governance and a robust environmental management system are critical for rice flour mill. They ensure sustainable operations, mitigate environmental risks, and enhance corporate reputation. Effective governance frameworks foster transparency and accountability. Additionally, an environmental management system minimizes pollution, optimizes resource utilization, and ensures regulatory compliance. Together, these systems drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and contribute to long-term profitability and environmental stewardship of Thai Flour Industry.
